These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SuperRelay platform and website (the "Service") operated by SuperRelay ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use SuperRelay, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Use of the Service

SuperRelay provides a customer support platform for Shopify app teams. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will handle Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some features of SuperRelay require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SuperRelay and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Integrations

SuperRelay integrates with third-party services such as Shopify. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will provide reasonable notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperRelay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperRelay and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make Your Data available for export for 30 days after termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
